Wonderful 7" mermaid wall plaque with a patterned tail fin. Heather is sitting on bubbles and the fish just seem to be drawn to her! Her flowered tailfin is just gorgeous - note the ruffles on the bottom! Her bra is beaded and she has a starfish in her hair. The two fish will be color coordinated to go with your color choice.
