Toodles Dog - Lefton

Toodles was created by George Z. Lefton Company in the 1960s. He is referred to as Toodles but came out as Mr. Toodles... however there are pieces with pink bows that lead one to believe our cute Toodles found a mate somewhere along the line! At any rate, whether Mr or Mrs, this is one cute dog! Lefton modeled Toodles after the Maltese (Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso) and that choice couldn't have been a better one attached to the name "Toodles." He is adorable! He has flowers and bow in the hair, a bow for the collar, and a heart shaped name tag. It appears Lefton made Toodles in both a matte and gloss finish. This is one cute dog that every Maltese owner should have at least one piece of this pattern!
