Shipping & Returns

Domestic & International Shipping: Items are shipped within 2 days of confirmed payment. USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority mail, and UPS are used for domestic shipping. International shipping is only provided by USPS Priority or Express Mail.

Shipping Estimate: A shipping calculator shows estimated shipping costs. I do charge a small handling charge, however, when you purchase a large number of items, this calculation is often higher than it should be. This happens because I can only associate whole pounds with items as weight - so if you get 4 items that each have a weight of 2 pounds, the calculation is based on 8 pounds. It may be that all 4 items together in one box comes out to 6 pounds instead of 8. I compare what you paid for the shipping with the actual shipping cost/handling and if you overpaid, a refund is issued.

Shipping Insurance: I pack extremely well with appropriate packing material. To keep shipping costs low, I do not add insurance into the shipping cost automatically. Insurance is optional to US customers and can be selected when you check out. International customers I will contact you with additional options you can select because insurance is not offered thru USPS in all countries.

Returns: I inspect my items several times before writing the description and taking pictures. Both the text description and pictures should be used as the description of the item. I am a one person shop so do not give cash refunds on items you "try and buy." However, I do realize there may be times the item just doesn't fit it with your decor as you thought it would. So if nothing is wrong with the item, and you just decide you don't want it after delivered, please contact me within 3 days after delivery to arrange a return.  The item must be returned in same condition, and in the same box/packing as the package was sent. Once item is received back and inspected by me to confirm the item is in same condition as when shipped, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you feel your item was not as described (ie, you find a chip/crack not disclosed), please contact me immediately and send a picture of the area in question. I do not expect my customers to be out ANY money if I have made a mistake.
